Cobbler, Fruit, Berry, Banana


This is a simple Cobbler easy and O so Good. I make this through out the summer when fruits and berries are available. It is so easy and everyone loves it. 1 Cup Self Rising Flour1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Milk1 1/2 - 2 Cups FruitBlackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, 1 Stick Butter1 Square Baking Pan 8X8 of 9X9 Double Recipe 2 Cups Self Rising Flour2 Cups Sugar2 Cups Milk1 Stick Butter9X13 Baking Pan350 Degrees for 45-50 minutesMelt butter in pan in oven. Mix Flour, Sugar, and Milk. Stir to make a thick liquid batter. Pour batter into baking pan of butter.Add berries on top, as you like, sprinkle with 2 tablspoons of sugar. Bake. 350 Degrees for 45-50 minutes Be ready, Best when hot!Note: To use Fresh Peaches, Pears, and Apples. Peel, Core, Chunk, cook in sauce pan with 1 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Water until tender. Make Cobbler as above, add Cooked fruit on top, bake.
